YOUR NEW BABY DRAGON

     We have received many dragons by mail, and we very much would like your dragon's arrival to meet all your expectations. It is a wonderful moment when the box is opened and you see a beautiful, fragile, alert, and scared baby dragon. To assure a healthy arrival of your new dragon, all babies will be a minimum of 6 inches long.  I have bloodline and birth records for all dragons purchased from me available to the buyer. The baby dragon will need to be hydrated, by misting, and placed in his enclosure as soon as possible. It is important that proper habitat, temperatures, UVB, and feeders be ready in advance of the animal. Please consult our care sheet (and search the internet) to arrive at the set up best suited for you and your dragon. Newly arrived dragons may display relocation stress and should not be handled for the first week. It can take up to 2 weeks for a baby dragon to become acclimated to a new environment. We ship only healthy, well established eaters so we expect to be called or emailed immediately if there are any concerns regarding the health of the dragon. It is important to address concerns quickly with babies before their condition rapidly deteriorates. OUR GUARANTEE

     We guarantee live arrival, and the health of the dragon for 7 days. We must be notified within 48 hours, by phone or email, of any health concerns to activate our 7 day guarantee. We have no control over the environment you give the baby dragon, so it is important that you communicate with us to assure proper husbandry. Gender is not guaranteed. "Probable" is the best estimate of gender for the age of the dragon, and while 80% accurate, is not a guarantee of sex.  If sex wrong we will do everything we can to satisfy your needs as a valued customer.

*Confirmation must be by photos from several angles emailed to us.

     Our goal is to reasonably reconcile all difficult situations. Direct and prompt communication will enable us to solve problems more effectively, and your cooperation will be greatly appreciated. Our greatest hope is to never probe the limits of this guarantee, and that your dragon will thrive in its new home.

     Advertised prices do not include shipping, unless noted otherwise. All animals must be paid fully in advance. We accept payments through PayPal, or through certified mail. All cashiers checks and money orders must be sent certified mail, with tracking numbers received by us. We will hold a dragon for 48 hours without deposit in order to receive payment. Please do not make a payment until you receive a confirmation from us reserving the desired dragon(s). This will make certain you receive the dragon of your choosing.

     A 50.00 holding fee (applied to the purchase price) is needed to hold a dragon for up to 2 weeks.  There is a 1.00 per day housing and feeding fee added to the total cost until paid in full to complete the transaction.  I will ship on the next shipping day, weather permitting, with no additional housing costs.  At the end of the 2 weeks, the deal is void, and all payments in excess of the 50.00 hold fee will be refunded.

SHIPPING

     We ship Monday through Wednesday, and reserve the right to postpone shipping due to bad weather. Shipping quotes will be given for each order, and will include: reinforced box, heat or cold pack depending on weather, ventilated deli cup with dragon. We can ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx upon customer request. We will ship with "by the end of the day" delivery at our discretion. It is important that the customer knows the risks involved with each carrier, as well as the expected time of arrival to insure live delivery. We are a FedEx certified Live Reptile Shipper.
